Jack Wall is best known as a composer for his rich, cinematic scores found within popular franchises such as Call of Duty: Black Ops II, Mass Effect, Myst, Splinter Cell and Jade Empire winning multiple awards for his work.
Collaborating with the world’s leading game studios, his soundtracks have won numerous accolades, achieving cult status with fans. Wall received British Academy (BAFTA) and Spike TV VGA nominations for his work on Mass Effect 2.
In addition to his composing achievements, Wall co-created Video Games Live and served as its Music Director/Conductor from 2005 through 2010 performing with more than 50 of the world’s finest orchestras including the Los Angeles Philharmonic, Hollywood Bowl Orchestra and London Philharmonia Orchestra.
Wall was co-founder of The Game Audio Network Guild and is a frequent speaker/instructor at various educational institutions such as USC, UCLA, Expressions Center for New Media, The Los Angeles Recording School and Berklee Online in Boston.
Now focusing full-time on his composing/producing career, Wall released this summer’s Lost Planet 3 on his own record label, Lost in Sound Records. He is currently collaborating with composer Trevor Morris for the hit show Reign on the CW and is music directing Psyche: A Modern Rock Opera as well as scoring several major projects.
