Liza is CFO for Persist Music which provides music composition and production for films, video games and TV shows. Clients include: Coca-Cola, Microsoft Studios, UbiSoft, Warner Bros Pictures, Sony Pictures, Discovery Channel, UPN, ABC, E!

In 2020, Liza was Executive Producer of ‘Dance It Out’ a moving fitness talk show hosted by Billy Blanks Jr. Her husband, Tom Salta was also Executive Producer and composed the Theme Song Dance It Out along with many other songs for the show episodes.  Season 1 aired on Lifetime network and received significant viewership ratings.  Season 1 will be offered for airing in other domestic and international markets.  The ‘Dance It Out’ team seeks sponsorships for Season 2.

In 2011, a pilot TV show called Making Your Own Mark™, was conceived, written and co-produced by Liza Rivera Salta. The show highlighted youth using their time and talent to make their own mark on the world.

In 2009, Liza co-created and launched an app on iTunes. Liza’s Simple Soirée Party Planner™. At the time, the app reached the “What’s Hot” page on the iTunes App Storefront.

Prior to 2007, Liza worked for IBM for 7 years, was VP of The Volunteer Center of United Way in Westchester NY and was Director of Emerging Markets for Towers Perrin; now Towers Watson.

Liza Rivera Salta holds an MBA in International Business, a BS in Finance and minor in Art from Fordham University. Liza is also an artist and Reiki Master.
