I started my musical career in high school with band class. I was in a dark place for most of high school but band class was where I saw the light. Since I started that class, I knew music was going to be a part of my life forever, the question was how.

After high school I went on to college studying music all the while trying to figure out what I was going to do with it. I wasn’t going to be a performer. as much as I loved performing, I wasn’t all that good at it. Being a teacher was out of the question because music was constantly being cut out of school budgets everywhere.

After a long time, and many life changes I realized after playing Halo (with its amazing score) that the music didn’t just materialize and that composers for movies and video games got quite a good reputation. Right at that moment, I knew what I wanted to do and having done a little bit of composition during and after high school, I knew that I enjoyed it already.

Now several years later, I have completed courses at Berklee, worked on some video game projects, have a large lineup of software, a website, a business card. It really doesn’t seem real sometimes.

I haven’t been officially hired by anybody yet, but I know that it is just around the corner before my dreams of making audio for video games comes true.
