Lorenzo Salvadori
I grew up in northern Italy’s countryside. My grandmother had one of those portable IBM computers in the ’80s and I sometimes used it to play games in MS-DOS. On a snowy christmas day I received a NES, and from that day on the story is pretty straightforward. I enjoyed it so much that I played on all the consoles I could get my hands on when I was a kid. Computers, consoles, portable consoles, arcades, mobile phones… everything! In the meantime I also grew a passion for music. I started studying music and guitar and soon moved on onto recording, and audio in a broader meaning. I kept doing all of this while attending University studies in Physics, with a specialisation in Astronomy. Always researching and opening my mind to the new frontiers of technology I decided to bring together all of the skills that I honed and all of the passions that I grew up with. And here I am, working on audio for games. Creating something out of nothing, so that other people can enjoy it as much as I do.
