Jeremy Edward Bell
Biography
Jeremy Bell (born 1986) received his Bachelor of Music degree in Music Composition from Bradley University in Peoria, IL where he studied with Dr. Stephen Heinemann. In 2011, he graduated from Arizona State University with a Masters in Music Composition where he studied with Dr. Rodney Rogers and Dr. Jody Rockmaker.
His first piece Havasu Falls, commissioned by fellow Bradley alumna Ashley Stewart for the 7th and 8th Grade Concert Band at Central Intermediate School in Washington, IL was accepted for publication by Alfred Publishing in 2011. The following year, his piece The Black Eagles, dedicated to his brother Lieutenant Eric J. Bell and member of the world famous Black Eagles squadron, was published by Chesford Music Publications. His works Forgotten Heroes, Reign of Fire, The Wind Racers, Dream Tides, and Escape from Dead Raider’s Hollow also have been accepted for publication by Alfred Music Publishing Co. and will be available in their upcoming Young Symphonic and Debut Series catalogs.
In addition to writing music for grade school and high school band, Jeremy has a growing catalog of commercial music for use in media.
