Bio
Joe Pignato is an independent composer and guitarist who has written music
featured in a variety of multimedia projects.
He began his musical journey studying guitar and playing in local bands. In 2010
Joe got a chance to put his guitar skills to the test when he took the stage to jam with
his hero, guitar legend Steve Vai. Ironically, a few months later Vai would choose Joe as
a winner for the Guitar Center Private Session Guitar Competition.
After some sound advice from Mr. Vai, Joe went on to study film score composition
and orchestration and began his career has a visual media composer.
