Kenneth Young
Kenny is a multi-award-winning Scottish composer, sound designer and audio director who has been delighting ears for years – as the driving force behind the celebrated audio experiences in Media Molecule’s LittleBigPlanet and Tearaway franchises, and the music of Sony’s Astro Bot games, millions have enjoyed his unique blend of tradition, originality and attention to detail.
Kenny is a passionate and committed member of the game audio community, sits on the GDC audio advisory board, has been a BAFTA, AIAS, GANG, IGF, Ivor Novello and GDC awards juror, and speaks regularly at conferences and higher education institutions around the world. In 2005 he started the website GameSound.org for those wishing to learn more about interactive audio.
